Crockpot Hodge-Podge Chili Recipe:
1 Tbl Sp Olive Oil
1 yellow onion chopped
6 garlic cloves chopped
3 green peppers chopped
Brown the above veggies in a frying pan
About 1lb. ground meat of choice (We used ground turkey)
Break up and Cook the meat until done in frying pan with veggies
ADD TO CROCK POT

THEN ADD:
1 can Fire Roasted Diced Tomatoes
28oz. can Regular Diced Tomatoes
1 can White Corn
1 can Yellow Corn
2 cans Dark Red Kidney Beans
1 can Black Beans
1 can Great Northern Beans
1 can Pinto Beans
8 Whole Mushrooms Diced
4 cups Broth of Choice (We used beef broth)
3 Tbl Sp Chili Powder
2 Tea Sp Ground Cumin
2 Tea Sp Oregano
1/2 Tea Sp Cayanne Pepper (Add More for More SPICE)
Salt and Pepper to taste
Smoked Paprika to taste

Set Crockpot to *LOW*
Let cook for a MINIMUM of 4 hours OR ALL DAY!!

Toppings recommended:
Chopped Avocado
Peanuts
Graded Extra Sharp Cheddar
Sour Cream
