Ingredients for 6 quarts = (24) 8 ounce servings
(1) 111oz can of pinto beans in chili sauce (or use your favorite)
1 yellow onion
3 red peppers
1 green pepper
7 cups of chicken stock
10 garlic cloves
3 tbsp. ancho chili powder
3 tbsp. cumin powder
5 bay leaves
3 lbs. leans ground beef
Optional: Salt, pepper, hot peppers, hot sauce.
Garnish: red onion, mexican style cheese and bacon bits.
