My final harvest.
Can someone please help me identify this, I think it’s a chilli paste, is it spicy?
Spice base for some future sauce: habanero, ginger, garlic, allspice, bay&curry leaves, mustard seeds, 5% brine
I’m wondering if anyone knows the scovilles on these, they taste alright and arent heaps spicy
