Chilli Mushroom is an Indian-Chinese vegetarian recipe made with mushrooms, colorful peppers covered in a sweet and spicy sauce.

INGREDIENTS
1½ tbsp All purpose flour
1 tbsp Corn flour
½ tsp Chili flakes
¼ tsp salt
8 -10 Mushroom (halves)
Oil for deep frying
Other ingredients:
1 tsp oil
1 tsp clove garlic (finely chopped)
1 tsp ginger (finely chopped)
2-4 green chilli (slit)
1 onion (petals)
¼ red capsicum (cubed)
¼ yellowcapsicum (cubed)
1 tbsp tomato sauce
1 tsp chilli sauce
1 tbsp vinegar
1 tbsp soy sauce
¼ tsp sugar
Garnishing:
