It’s hard for her to sit out for too long, lol, and she is normally helping me put all of these things together when I’m not filming, so she feels it’s her rightful place. (She’s probably right.)

The Chili Powder Recipe I used:
My scaled up version:
2 cups paprika
2/3 cup oregano
1/2 cup garlic powder
1/4 cup minced onion
2 tbsp. chili flakes
Pasta Sauce Mixes (Double Batch):
1/3-1/2 cup TVP (optional)
2 tbsp dried basil
2 tbsp coconut sugar
4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 cup ground flax
1/2 tsp salt
Whisk mix ingredients into 2 cans of tomato paste and 3 cups of water (add 1/3-1/2 cup water for reconstituting the TVP if you added it). Heat through and serve. This creates a double batch of sauce, enough for my lasagna recipe:

Single Batch of Pasta Sauce Mix:
1 tbsp dried basil
1 tbsp coconut sugar
2 tsp garlic powder
1/8 cup (2 tbsp) ground flax
1/4 tsp salt
Whisk mix ingredients into 1 can of tomato paste and 1.5 cups of water. This is about the perfect amount of sauce for a 16 oz batch of pasta.
Nutritive Tea Recipe:
1 part nettles
1 part oatstraw
1 part lemon balm
(This is nutritious and gives much needed minerals, but is also very specifically anti-stress and anti-anxiety. It supports the body and gives it what it needs so that you may be better able to deal with stresses that arise.)
Bulk Instant Oatmeal Mix
6 cups Quick Oats
3/4 cup coconut sugar
3/4 cup flax
2/3 cup coconut milk powder
