TURKISH EGGS with Chili Butter and Garlic Yogurt

Today we show you how to make Turkish Eggs Cilbir. Çilbir is a Turkish Eggs Breakfast Recipe which consists of poached eggs in garlic yogurt and chili butter. Cilbir is an easy breakfast dish to make and one that is absolutely delicious! We highly recommend you try çilbir as this dish is going to elevate your breakfast game to another level!

To make this Turkish Eggs Breakfast Recipe, you will need:
Poached Eggs:
1 or 2 eggs per portion
water
1 tsp vinegar

Garlic Yogurt Recipe:
3 tbs thick yogurt at room temperature (Greek-style yogurt work best)
3 tsp dill leaves
salt and black pepper to taste
half of a grated garlic clove

Chili Butter Recipe:
1 tbs butter
1 tsp red pepper flakes (pul biber or Aleppo pepper)
1/4 tsp cumin powder
1/2 tsp paprika

Serve the çilbir with toasted bread of your choice or even with simit.
