MARAKESH CHICKEN

Ingredients

Chicken breast 500 gm
Sambal oleak 1 tbsp
Worcestershire sauce 1 tbsp
Mustard paste 1 tsp
Hoped garlic 1 tbsp
Paprika 1 tsp
Hot sauce 1 tbsp
Oil 2 tbsp
Lemon juice 2 tbsp

METHOD

Marinate chicken breast with all the ingredients for 30 mins and grill it in 2 tbsp oil.

Ingredients for Moroccan Sauce

Oil 2 tbsp
Chopped onion 2 tbsp
Chopped garlic 1 tbsp
Sambal oleak 2 tbsp
Chili garlic sauce 4 tbsp
Cream 1 cup
Fresh basil leaves 6
Chicken powder 1 tsp
Oregano ½ tsp
Salt ½ tsp
Worcestershire sauce 1 tbsp

METHOD FOR SAUCE

Heat oil, sauté chopped onion and garlic, add sambal oleak and chili garlic sauce, cook for 2 mins, add cream, chopped basil, chicken powder, oregano, salt and Worcestershire sauce. Pour grilled marakesh chicken in the Moroccan sauce, serve with garlic rice and sautéed vegetables.

BAKED VERMACELLI PUDDING

Ingredients

Milk 1 liter
Vermicelli 1 cup
Sugar 1 cup
Eggs 4
Cardamom powder 1 tsp
Almonds and pistachio 2 tbsp each

METHOD

Boil milk, add sugar and vermicelli, cook for 5 mins, remove and cool, add eggs, whisk well, add cardamom powder, put it in a pyrex dish, top with almonds and pistachio, bake on 170 D till done for about 45 mins.
