INGREDIENTS
Beef Ground-1.5 lb
Tomatoes Sauce-1.5 cup
Chilly powder 1.5 tbsp
Onion Chopped-1 medium
Garlic chopped-4
Garlic powder-1 tsp
Five spice seasoning-1tbsp
Ground Cinnamon-1 tsp
Worcester sauce – 1 tbsp
Apple cider Vinegar- 1 tbsp
Cheddar cheese-1 tbs
Beef Broth- 2 cup

Preparation Time-15 minutes
Cooking Time -2 hours
Portion -4 portion
method
The heat the pan add beef broth and start boiling.
Now time to mix Ground beef when start boiling beef , put tomato sauce. Mix it well , after cooking two minutes. Add chopped onion ,cook for two minutes. Let it be. simmer on low heat Now time to go all the spices.
Add chili powder, cumin powder, cinnamon powder, five spices seasoning , garlic powder mix all these ingredients, after cooking 2-3 minutes
Add chopped garlic and finely chopped celery Cook for 2 hours on low temperature
Now time to put Worcester sauce and apple cider vinegar mix well.
Cincinnati chili is ready you can serve on noodles, pour Chili on top garnish with chopped onion & Cheddar cheese.
