For The Chicken Thighs:
– Onion Powder
– Garlic Powder
– Salt & Pepper
– Cumin
– Smoked Paprika
– Chili Powder
– Cayenne
– Tony’s Creole Seasoning
– Butter
For the Chili:
– 1/2 Carton Chicken Broth
– 1 can Pinto Beans
– 1 can Great Northern Beans
– 1 can Kidney Beans
– 1 cup Frozen Corn
– 1 cup Heavy Cream
– Chili Powder
– Onion Powder
– Garlic Powder
– Salt & Pepper
– Splash of Jalapeno Juice
Tortilla Soup:
– 1 Can Chicken Breast (or any cooked chicken)
– 4 C. Chicken Broth
– 1 Can Refried Beans
– 1 Can Pinto Beans
– 1 Can Hominy (or Corn)
– 1 Can Mexican Hot Tomato Sauce (or Rotel)
– 4 Slices American Cheese or Velveeta
– To Taste:
Salt & Pepper
Garlic & Onion Powder
Parsley
Seasoned Salt
Cumin
