One of my favorite rubs from my BBQ Beer Can line with @Spiceology is the Imperial Coffee Stout. I feel like coffee rubs do not get the love they deserve. They can be slightly sweet, but overall can really make some dang good steak! Reverse seared these Coffee Crusted Ribeyes and topped with a Honey Chili Butter for a little sweet & spice.
