Taste of Ramadan with Garlic Cheese Pav – Quick & Easy

Enjoy the Taste of Ramadan with Garlic Cheese Pav! A delicious snack that’s quick and easy to make. These soft buns are topped with a flavorful Fresh St. Garlic and Herbs Butter spread and melted mozzarella cheese, making them the perfect comfort food to break your fast with.

INGREDIENTS (as required)

Fresh St. Garlic and Herbs Butter
Fresh St. Thai Chili Sauce
Coriander leaves, crushed
Crushed red chili flakes
Mozzarella cheese
Oregano
Long Buns, cut in half
Garlic Powder
Olives
Onion

METHOD

1. Preheat your oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
2. Cut the long buns in half horizontally and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
3. In a small mixing bowl, combine the butter, onion, coriander leaves, oregano, garlic powder and crushed red chili flakes. Mix well.
4. Spread a generous amount of the garlic butter mixture on each half of the buns.
5. Top each bun with mozzarella cheese and olives.
6. Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
7. Remove from the oven and serve hot with Fresh St. Thai Chili Sauce.
