Looks very good.
Do you have a recipe for the frijoles? They look much better than mine, which are usually dry no matter how much manteca or aceite I use.

Nice, you only missed the chilorio/chorizo/machaca, and salsa chilpitin or huichol š.
Otherwise looks great and now I want a tamal de elote.
Nothing better than Frijoles puercos, you could just have tortillas de harina and those frijoles, that’s a bomb!
