It was a pretty decent recipe until they added the pineapple. Tacos de asada are only meat (or mushrooms in this case), salsa and that’s pretty much it. Tacos al pastor have pineapple.

‘Mushrooms asadas’. Alternatively, ‘champiñones asadas’ or ‘setas asadas’ if you want to go full spanish. ‘Hongos asados’ if you want to be funny.

Looks good but we barely use paprika in Mexico to start with
