Simple or not, this looks delicious!
I love meals like that. The simpler, the better. Most days, breakfast is just migas and frijoles with a few slices of aguacate on the side.
Indeed I loved this meal- we shared this with a family in a small village around Ejutla. Talking about mezcal and the traditions around it.
