    There are a few spots near me with killer salsa verde, and in trying to recreate it, I’ve actually been following [this recipe](https://muybuenocookbook.com/avocado-and-tomatillo-salsa/) as I’d have assumed it might have longer shelf life than any option with buttermilk.

    That said, totally gonna try this next as it looks delicous!

    This isn’t something we eat in Mexican cuisine. This is some wannabe Mexican stuff. Not actual stuff. A green salsa we would use would probably be salsa verde with tomatillos.
