Nunca he podido hacer un guacho, por la costumbre de hacer el arroz suave pero suelto; utilizaré esta técnica para ello y para esta receta de arroz caldoso, aunque tal vez con otro tipo de frijoles (difícil conseguir estos blancos que usan en España o Italia, a menos que sean habas)
Hello, I am curious what you think about subbing different beans in this recipe. I bought a lot of dried beans during the past year, stocking up for armegeddon, but I moved house and I don't have as much storage. Guess I'm a goner. lol Anyway, I have yellow eye beans. A lot of others too but the yellow eye seems most likely to be a good sub.
