Ingredients:
4 pcs red chilli, cut into small pieces
2 1/2 pcs of shallots
6 garlic cloves, minced
2 tbsp ginger, finely chopped
3 tbsp vegetable oil
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp sugar
1/4 cup tomato ketchup
1 tbsp black bean garlic sauce
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
1 tbsp of corn flour mixed with 1 tbsp of water
1 cup shrimp stock
Marinate:
15 pcs medium or large shrimp
1 can of lemon lime soda (Sprite)
Shrimp stock:
peeled shrimp shells including the head
carrot, sliced
celery, chopped
