Hey Guys!!! I always rinse my onions that’s something that I’ve always did, u don’t have to do that if you don’t want too. Also, I have updated the ingredients and also the instructions. Some of the ingredients were not on here.
Ingredients:
1 pound of ground beef (use any type you like)
1-2 Pepperoncini's
1/3 cup of Pepperoncini Juice
2 tablespoons of tomato paste
1 /2 tablespoon of bloomers chili powder
1/2 teaspoon of white pepper
1/2 teaspoon of Salt
1 tablespoon of garlic powder
1 teaspoon of minced garlic
1/2 teaspoon of onion powder
1 tablespoon of Mrs. Dash Blend
1/2 teaspoon of Cumin
1/2 teaspoon of mustard
1/2 teaspoon of Old Bay
1 Cup of Water
Half of Onion (diced and sliced)
Instructions:
– Add minced garlic to pan and cook for 1 min until translucent
– Then Add your ground beef to the pan with the garlic
– Then add your onion, salt, garlic powder, mustard, old bay, cumin, Mrs. dash, white pepper, and cumin.
– once cooked add your pepperoncini and a little of the juice not all. Let that meat and seasonings cook until meat is brown
– Then add your 2 tablespoons of tomato paste and let that cook for about 1 min
– Then add your 1 /2 tablespoons of bloomers chili powder, and let cook for another 1 min.
– Then Add 1 cup of Water and cook for another 1 min
– Then Let cook for about 5-10 mins also please stir your chili sauce letting some of that water evaporate!
This looks amazing! I could taste it!
Looks delicious. I used "Tony's Chachere" Seasoning instead of the "Mrs. Dash", though. But that's the good thing with a delicious recipe! You can substitute to suit your own tastes! MM MM good!
very nice
Thank-you so much for sharing this. Always wanted to make this the right way. I know its work to create these videos, so rest well. And happy eating. Ps. I saw a suggestion in the comments to try it once with a little celery salt added. I love celery salt, so I think I will try that too. Later, later. Grateful fan from south Louisiana.🌻🦋🤗
Can I move in??
Thank you so much for the recipe.
Looks perfect!❤️
Lol 12:25 make sure you really go down on that pickle 😂😂😂😂
❤ please tell us why u rinse onions after u cut it????
Looks good, I would eat it with coleslaw by itself.have you ever tried strong black coffee.instead of water for your chili?
This looks great! I’m definitely going to try.
This looks delicious but I’m a bit confused about the amount of chili. Sounded like you used ‘a whole package’ in the video, but the recipe says 1/2 tbs. Can you clarify?
pro move for those onions, use a cheese grater or food processor
You heard that ladies go all the way down on the pickle
That looks and sounds really good, I'll have to try that, Maybe with some diced jalapenos too, but definitely with the cheese and diced onions. Thanks
Green chilies would be good in that
Mouth is watering

Yum! I haven't had home made hot dogs in so long!!! Love a good chili dog!!! ( Never heard of Nathan's!)
Why rinse the onions?
Why do you rinse the onions? I use onions all the time and never do that. Just wondering your reasoning.
Can’t wait to try your recipe. Peace from Virginia Beach
Chili hot dogs 😋❤
Looks delicious! I make a sauce that I love, I will try this one! 💕🐾
impressive
75/35! I didn't know they made such a thing! Did I miss you draining off some of the fat? If not, there's gotta be a big grease slick. I do applaud you not using ketchup or prepared mustard–keeping it homemade.
Nice Recipe !!
