  1. Do you think these recipes would work for smoke congestion? Not directly related to immunity, but living in Cali with the smoke from the fires has definitely given me allergy like symptoms!

  2. Wow! I just learned a lot of things about juicing! I never would have added bell pepper, but I guess I'll have to try it! My fave juice is carrots, celery, apple, beets, and ginger.

  3. I need this!!! I have anemia and I’m looking of ways to incorporate bell peppers into my life.

  4. I know the multicolored pepper are sweet n I normally eat those. But they're out of them a lot of times so I tried the green bell pepper 🫑with an orange 🍊and banana 🍌in a smoothie. That's probably my go to cuz I didn't expect it 2 b that good. The green 1 is more peppery. So i used fruit to sweeten it & it worked!!!🙂👍 trust me on this guy's it does not taste like spaghetti juice lol its so good. Do not be afraid to use that green 1. Kind of like that 1 better than the other ones.
