This is not for cook, this is to add to food.
This is like a topping sauce, but use it on sunny side up eggs, get some boiled potatoes slice them or quarter them drizzle this sauce in top and add lime juice and salt. You can also do the same with chips, add to your favorite taco, on quesadillas…eat with totopos
Diarrhea, that’s what you’re going to make. Salsa macha is mouth numbing spicy and it doesn’t hit you all at once.
you can make some pasta, spaghetti with meatballs and then top it with a teaspoon when served.. start with small amounts since it might get to hot for your taste, also works well with some pizza and Chinese rice…
