What kind of Mexican food is this and where can I find it in SLC?

It’s a loose approximation of California Mexican food, which in turn is based on typical Baja California and Sonoran antojitos and dishes. Looking through their pics, I see birria tacos, tortas, rolled tacos, etc. Tbh it doesn’t look great in comparison to the real thing.
No idea where to find that in Utah.
