For a first attempt I think it came out great, and took me a hair over three hours. Next time I’ll probably add some additional spices and dried fruits.

Hey there, Mole is not a sauce that goes on top.
The chicken should be swimming in it.
Never had mole and I can’t imagine what it’s tastes like.. this really does like amazing. I love how simple the plate is so you can really focus on the flavour. Yum.
Next time actually cook the chicken in the mole as well
