This was supposed to be a Scotch Bonnet, but now I’m starting to wonder. It’s going from green straight to red. Purchased this from a locally owned nursery in a four pack, three plants survived and are thriving!

Capsicum annuum, you can tell by the fruit per node. Usually Capsicum chinense (scotch bonnets and other hots-superhots) have 2-4 peppers per node. Since this is C.annuum, it’s most likely a Red Jamaican Mushroom. Sorry bro.
