It’s me. I’m the mobster. I’ve worked here since 2020 and just realized I can deep fry whatever I want, so I deep fried the shredded beef burrito. Pretty solid chimi 10/10 would highly recommend other employees try it.

YOOOOOOO!!! This just reminded me of when I worked at TB back in the day. I’d deep fry soft tacos and make puffy tacos. Fucking amazing. That chimichanga looks badass too. Super jealous!

Back when there was smothered burritos, could fry it. Finish it out regular with lettuce, pico, and guac on the side. Of course no pico anymore, or smothered burritos. But you all are on the right track. Unfortunately there’s no procedure for frying burritos, and the average worker would destroy the oil doing so. Hence one reason it will likely never happen. Plus how are you supposed to make it, fry it, and get it out the window under 3 minutes consistently? Though for employee eating, if your manager is good with it, bon apetit!

I used to do the same with the Grilled stuffed burrito. Giant chimichangas!!! Just add some volcano sauce and you have a party! Does TB still have Baja sauce?
