First it was and still is the issue with not being able to use my rewards, which I’ve contacted them about and now I can’t even use the app…I swear I’m losing my mind with this damn app not functioning like it’s supposed to.

Reboot your phone, update the app if needed. If you are on wifi, turn off the wifi and try just phone data, or another wifi network.
I have noticed that the app is sensitive to the network you are on, some wifi networks block certain IP ranges or they block something that makes the app glitch. Because that error means that the app did not get the data back from the server that it wanted. It could mean the actual server told it something it doesnt understand or got no response. The 2nd is more likely.
At my work the wifi “sometimes” causes the app to throw errors at checkout, if I switch to the phones data network and turn off wifi and try again, it usually works.
But the error I get is ” Uh Oh, Something went wrong.” I dont usually get more than that.
I usually have to reinstall the app to fix that issue whenever that error won’t go away.
It’s because you’re trying to add lava sauce.
