This happened to me last year. I tried a bunch of things and then I removed my credit card as a form of payment and added it back on and it worked

Check and make sure it hasn’t switched your card expiration date to 12/40. Both the website and the app do it to me and Taco Bell will not get back to me at all

I get it when I select an item that’s not available, the cool part is TB does tell you what item that is so I’ll then try all possible craving box combo til I get it to work, usually it’s the fiesta potatoes that aren’t available.

My local tb didn’t accept Amex so I had to use a different card 😞 I kept getting this error.

Make sure you’re set to Pickup instead of Delivery. Sometimes mine gets switched around and it borks out like this.
