I’ve been to stores that charge $.65 is crazy, looks kinda they charge $.40 and you didn’t notice when you swapped, check next time to see if that’s what it is

When you are in the screen to create the box it tells you what the upcharges are for. You swapped from a M to L drink and swapped twists for nachos, both upcharges.

on the phone app it shows that the chips & nacho cheese sauce is a 49 cent addition…and also the large drink is an extra 10 cents.
It shows that as you select them.
Does it not show that on the kiosk?

Show it to the manager and ask them to fix the pricing so it displays properly. They may need help but it can be done. As someone mentioned there are up charges for the drink and the chips n cheese there it’s just not displaying them at that stage of the checkout. It’s not malicious

Yeah, there was an upcharge for the chips and drink, but their software should have that itemized for the customer to see. It’s a valid complaint.

The chips/cheese is considered an upgrade to the cravings box. It shows the additional cost on the app but I guess whoever designed the UI for the physical displays didn’t think about it adding it. Kinda strange for such a large company to miss something like that.
