I said this was a dumb idea and would be awful in practice but got down voted alot. Due to multiple pics of abomination tacos, I declare victory. I bet the shredded beef stays but the taco goes away quick and never comes back. I bet a chalupa or soft taco or lots of things might be good with the beef.
