Bacterial leaf spot. I’m guessing it has been raining a lot lately?
The best thing you can do is mulch your pots to prevent soil from splashing up. Also remove all affected parts of your plants. If the entire plant is affected, quarantine it and just let it be, it will continue to ripen peppers, and most of the time, they’ll be fine to consume. Only sometimes, there are secondary fungal infections that make pods rot from the inside.
