EASY CHILI GARLIC SWEET & SOUR SAUCE – Thai Style
INGREDIENTS:
85 grams – GARLIC
30 grams – SPICY CHILIS
190 grams – RED LONG CHILIS
1 cup – apple cider vinegar
1 cup – pineapple juice
1/2 cup – brown sugar
2 tbsp – Filipino Fish sauce/patis
3/4 tbsp – coarse salt
1 bottle – sterelized
THICKENING SAUCE:
1/4 cup – pineapple juice
1 &1/2 tbsp – cornstarch
1 tbsp – white pepper powder
Cooking time: approximately less than 15 minutes
Serving: 20+ people
