That’s a good harvest. I have a cayenne pepper plant but aphids ate on them so I’m not getting any peppers

Just read further, hot sauce… that’s awesome. I have some thai hot peppers I am going to harvest soon, also tobasco peppers. Can’t wait to make sauce!

I grew these last year, they were phenomenal fresh, cut into rings and put on a slice of cheddar atop a little pretzel. Couldn’t quit eating them. I dried a similar size harvest and made crushed red pepper enough to last for like three years (mixed all my hot peppers at the end of the year this way).
