Not my best photo but I was too excited to eat. The quesedilla has cheese and huitacoche in it since everyone here suggested I try that after my last post. The taquitos have a mixture of potato, mushrooms, onion and huitlacoche in them. It’s all topped with a sauce I made from roasted tomatillos and red chilis (and a few other things) as well as queso fresco and cilantro.
