I saw the 2nd concave one might be called a Charola. But that just gives a literal translation of tray. I can’t find any videos or websites on how to make one. Any ideas?

Lol Americans gentrifying Mexican street food
Chorizera is the first one
the first one is a chorizera and the second one is a plancha taquera
Round ones are called comal pozo and comal bola. Choricera is another common word for them. Or comal choricera/o. Also comal choricero bola/pozo.
Aldo know ass la tostada y la guayaba
That thing my friend, it’s a major breakthrough in the human evolution.”La plancha taquera” it’s the best!!!
Es UN sombrero de taquero hijo
If looking in the US search for concave and convexed comal/wok
NGL, I kind of like the subtitles of the second pic. “The perfect amount of flautas in there at a time.” I can totally imagine a sexy female voice saying that like the voice-over in some 90’s food commercial.
Choricera y taquera
In that order
Charola is like a tray or a cauldron.
Edit: the charola part
Its just a inverted, grill like an upside down wok. Famously used in Mexican taco shops, espescialy when cooking either fried foods, and suadero tacosp.
1,comal choricero
2,comal chalupero/quesadillero
Source… i used to sell them.
