What’s the name of these 2 bits of equipment?

I saw the 2nd concave one might be called a Charola. But that just gives a literal translation of tray. I can’t find any videos or websites on how to make one. Any ideas?

the first one is a chorizera and the second one is a plancha taquera

  3. Round ones are called comal pozo and comal bola. Choricera is another common word for them. Or comal choricera/o. Also comal choricero bola/pozo.

NGL, I kind of like the subtitles of the second pic. “The perfect amount of flautas in there at a time.” I can totally imagine a sexy female voice saying that like the voice-over in some 90’s food commercial.

    Choricera y taquera

    In that order

Charola is like a tray or a cauldron.

    Edit: the charola part

Its just a inverted, grill like an upside down wok. Famously used in Mexican taco shops, espescialy when cooking either fried foods, and suadero tacosp.
