Really well done. Usually if you want to get more color youncould use aquiote paste to marinate the meat, also, after that if you char the meat a little it will give it a nice texture.

I would have let the meat marinate longer but it looks good for the first time.
The key to good tortillas is getting them to inflate like a balloon. I have no idea if these did that, but its good to keep in mind!
At least half did. My masa was a little bit too dry
