Edit:Oh and it’s called a comal choricero
Search for “concave wok” or “concave comal”. Outdoors stores like Academy have them
Look up discada
Where do you live? Any Hispanic bodega should carry it. Or Amazon it.

That’s not pan bro, that’s chorizo.
I bought mine at the flea market
Swapmeet or indoor swapmeet. If you have a DDs in your area you can sometimes find them there for cheap.
It’s a comal pozo. That’s the concave version. There is another kind with a ball shape (convex) instead of the bowl shape (concave) called comal bola. Mexgrocer online sells them. They’re also called choricero because they’re used for cooking sausage (chorizo).

Flea market, or online. I bought my moms in Tijuana. I drove to San Diego and walked across the border.
This IS pan that taqueros in Baja use for their famous fish tacos. Oil in the middle, cooked fish/shrimp resting on the sides. I want one.
Amazing. Just posted this question. Then scrolled down and saw your post. I need one of these for my Flautas!
SwapMeet.
It’s called a panza abajo
Somewhere that also sells meth by the looks of the user
La pulga.
I just know it as a disco which literally means disc and we use it to make discada.
I found something like by asking for a discada at a swap meet. I later found them at some Latino grocery stores.
Those are comal de enchiladas. There’s one with the sphere part inverted ideal for street tacos, known as comal para tacos.
You can find them online, Facebook marketplace or hispanic stores. Just look for them on any search engine online.
