Search for “concave wok” or “concave comal”. Outdoors stores like Academy have them

Where do you live? Any Hispanic bodega should carry it. Or Amazon it.

Swapmeet or indoor swapmeet. If you have a DDs in your area you can sometimes find them there for cheap.

  5. Flea market, or online. I bought my moms in Tijuana. I drove to San Diego and walked across the border.

This IS pan that taqueros in Baja use for their famous fish tacos. Oil in the middle, cooked fish/shrimp resting on the sides. I want one.

I just know it as a disco which literally means disc and we use it to make discada.

I found something like by asking for a discada at a swap meet. I later found them at some Latino grocery stores.

Those are comal de enchiladas. There’s one with the sphere part inverted ideal for street tacos, known as comal para tacos.

You can find them online, Facebook marketplace or hispanic stores. Just look for them on any search engine online.
