    It cold so the fatty fat turn to like gelatin. Heat it up and Enjoy.

    The fat goes to the top when chilled. Leave it or remove some of it and reheat.

    Because the meat is left to simmer for such a long time the meat and bones breaks down skin and connective tissue. Liquid becomes gelatinous due to the gelatin in the meat and bones.

    That’s what mine looks like when I take it out of the fridge before heating it up.

    When cold, yes. Just reheat it and it will be liquid like again.

    That’s the good kind right there. It’s ok and safe to eat. It’s like bone broth. The collagen in it is good for your skin

  9. It looks like it’s been sitting in the fridge overnight, but just boil it in a pot and it ol’ be alright 🤤
    (Oh and don’t forget to add some oregano, chopped onions and crushed pepper flakes).

    I’ve never seen it look like this. In our house it’s like a thin soup. Leftovers in the Tupper are still runny from the fridge.

    I’d warm it in the microwave then if it’s still thick add some water.

    Just add some water or chicken broth when heating it up and it should be fine

    No, pozole is more watery and corn should be round and shinny. Also some pork meat, lettuce and radish.

    Cold maybe, the stew gets chunky when cold, Just reheat it first on a pot, dont forget the extras, have a nice day
