I love Taco Bell crunch wraps but this one closest to me has never in the dozens of times I have been there gotten an order correct.
Not once.
Food is missing or they make the wrong thing every time.
This however, was a first. I was halfway home when I took the crunch wrap out of the package to see this. Snapped a picture at the stop light in the car, and filed a complaint in the app on the way home.
Of course they didnât email me the receipt like they said they would when I ordered it and no one reached out to any complaint filed thus far, so I figured social media might get it some attention.
I donât want something monetary for it, just a promise you will investigate and unfuck what has been the shutting Taco Bell I have ever seen in my life over these last 3 years of going there. Oh, and they didnât get my tea right either, which I had to get exchanged before I left.
It would be nice to get what I ordered once in the future.
