lots of people confused here:
– I grew up in Mexico and lived there for 30 years.
– Yes, they are authentic (look up gaoneras).
– No, I don’t need to chop the meat, nor do I want to.
– I know Dubliner cheese is not common in Mexico, but Gouda is, and this is like a more aged Gouda.
– That is how you cut limes, avoiding the center.
It’s good, i’ll give you that, just a teeny tiny little detail is that you Have to chop your meat, if not is too heavy for the body and won’t want more later on, the true beauty of tacos is that with every single bite, you don’t get filled up and you just want more snd more, chopping the meat will allow you to fill your taco more easily and evenly as well
