    Interesting…white fish can be soooo dang “fishy” I always steer away from it. But I think this might be the perfect way to solve that issue! With the right treatment and spicing, I can see that this might be awesome!

    To my understanding, peru did not invent ceviche. But peruvian ceviche became soooo popular, that now they are called the ceviche capital of the world. Sorry mexico. I have had mex, costa rican, Chilean, ecuadorian, argentinian, and peruvian. Coastal peruvian ceviche is my fav. In huge part because of their special peppers

    Every Friday we have a potluck at work. Someone brought ceviche with piece of camote beneath the ceviche. It was really good.
