I ordered 2 separate times to be picked up simultaneously. I’ve never had an issue, but I’m broke and got a chicken enchilada burrito, sub steak and sub nacho cheese (no chicken no enchilada sauce). On that order, I put a reward gordita crunch and a separate order with just a reward Gordita Crunch and 10 sauces.) Again, I’ve never had an issue, my TB is bomb, food is always preem and CORRECT! My only gripe would be I’ve been to this location about 25 times since January and have only seen 1 person more than once, so I assume their turnover is high. Regardless, like I said 0 issues so far in 25 approx visits. That’s pretty f-ing good on the fast food map where my experience has been.
I received another full order, even though I told the girl at the window TWICE I only ordered 3 things. I think me ordering the 2 separate orders and someone with the same name ordering at the same time just kind of met like fate and confused the poor girl.
I know once that food touches my hands you can’t legally give it to anyone else, so once she handed I didn’t say another word. Just smiled. They handed my other 2 bags and I left. I called and told the manager and he said, Congrats on the free food and thanks for the heads up!

I figure most people get screwed with bad food or missing items occasionally, so getting free stuff sometimes is fine to help balance it out some. And like you said, they can’t take it back, so hopefully you got to just enjoy it!
My guess is it was an order that wasn’t picked up so you were gifted the food that would have been thrown away.
Man, must be nice. My TB just always forgets my items.
One time, I ordered 5 CBR burritos and 20 fire sauces and somehow the numbers got transposed in the order system at the store so I ended up with 20 CBR burritos and 5 fire sauces. It was a good day.
