I worked at one when I was young and we cooked everything on site. The beans and beef came in huge containers. I remember the first time I used the drill to stir the beans inside the 100 gallon pot. That’s the real issue the stores don’t make anything on site it’s all precooked so the employees don’t understand how to maintain it.
