I’m getting a similar error, used the pass yesterday too
Not working for me, either, and I can’t remove the taco from my bag so can’t order anything. I also used it yesterday. They are aware of the issue and are working on it (they emailed me back).

This is probably why I also can’t buy a pass
Same thing is happening to me, I can confirm this didn’t happen with the last taco lovers pass several months ago
Have you tried restarting your app
I emailed them and they gave me a separate Taco reward added automatically to my account to make up for today, and it’s good for a whole month. They’re working to fix it so I appreciate the gesture!
I had no issue today but if you are having any problems email DigitalSupport@tacobell.com and ask for help ASAP.
I know it’s not helpful but mine worked about 2 hours ago.
Put location on and try different credit cards.
It happens to me a lot and sometimes I have to try 3 cards.
I noticed that the app put my expiration date on my card to 2040 and that will not work.
Issue should be resolved now. Please reach out if you continue running into any issues.
