I know this isn’t close to what it’s usually posted in this sub but this is a very popular style consumed all over Mexico.
Would like to see your comments on these kind of modern foods in Mexico.

I love the amount of sauces on the side! Very Mexican lol
In Phoenix Az, there is a bunch of places like El Tataki, or Señor sushi, they are really good but so different. This is really similar, with rollos like El Guamuchilito.
Just needs some balazos and narco corridos in the background.
Looks nice.
¡Allá en Sinaloa!
Me mata de risa que el sushi y el ramen ya sean comida de otakus y buchones por igual.
I love cream cheese but why do they have to put it in almost every single type of sushi roll in Mexico 🙁
A sinaloa style sushi placed opened up near by last year or the year before. I was excited to try it. The reviews were horrible and they closed not long after
It´s the same in Durango.
this is crazy because yesterday my sister in law mentioned that parts of mexico have sushi!
Some of the best sushi I’ve had has been in Mexico for some reason. These U.S. Japanese restaurants can’t compete.
