Because of tex-mex food having more resources to expand/export, lots of people in the world think that Mexican food is reduced to tacos and burritos, with chicken or beef, that’s it.
I’m from Veracruz and just with the Gulf cuisine could blow the minds of a lot of people, now add the other coast, and Oaxaca… pfff!! 🤌
