Also adding on.. yes I could’ve waited to place my order but the app be ✨️special✨️ and sometimes undos my modifications/takes away items and what not (example.. my cheesy bean and rice had been replaced with a regular cheesy gordita crunch on top of my modified cheesy gordita crunch) so let’s just say it had taken me a few times to finally get my order right in the app and once I did I figured it would just be best to place it. I didn’t know exactly what time I would be able to pick up my order so I just picked a random time that I knew would be close to when I would be able to pick up my order.. yet taco bell (either the employees or the app glitching) decided to have my order done early.. sooo thats cool. I’ve already contacted taco bell support… so why am I making this post.. the world may never know

I wish they’d take the feature out because more and more it feels like stores are just doing what they want to do and ignoring the feature. I thought it was set up so that an order for 6:15 wouldn’t show up until 6:10 or so but apparently that’s not how it’s functioning

If only it worked like Five Guys future web orders lol. The ticket wont even pop out until 10 mins before the pick up time lol

I order on the app in the parking lot. No way I trust them to start it close to my arrival if I order an hour early.

Looks like a cancel the order and reorder when you 5 min away.
Or do you do lobby pick up? With TB the order ahead just seems silly when it’s drive thru.

You cant set a pickup time anymore, it doesnt work. You have to put it as a drive thru order then just tell them when you get there if you want to order ahead of time. Been like this for a while. The worst part is, the stores dont honor it. One of my local Bells told me “too bad” because they made my food 30 minutes too early.
