When I worked at Tbell we would fry the shell flat, add the cinnamon sugar, and then put the strawberry stuff for the frutista freezes on top with a little sour cream. It was really good.
Top it with the strawberry churros, crushed of course.
You could probably do a 3 dollar sopapilla that’s just a freeze-dried ice cream triangle wrapped in a cinnamon dusted chalupa.
