Entomatillo de res I made from Enrique Olvera’s book.


Made it with tomatillos and chilies from the garden.

The recipe book is “Tu casa mi casa”.

I’m swiss and we live in Switzerland. I’m learning to cook delicious mexican food for my fiancé from Puebla. Also growing many chilies and some tomatillos, epazote.. to remind him of home!

  2. You’ve just made me aware I haven’t had any of this for 13 years. Mom never wrote down her recipes so I just forgot about this dish, but I’m getting Olvera’s book in the hope I can make a half decent one!

    My partner hates tomatoes, so I haven’t ever made this for him. I’m a dunce for not thinking of using tomatillos instead.
