  2. I remember that my Mom would use ground beef in the peppers instead of the cheese. Since I am a protein nut, I would use the recipe here with ground beef for some real heat!!!! Thank you.!

  8. Not boasting here but…New Mexico is THE Chili Capital of the world…the WORLD!! i tried Colorado and other chili's and i'm sorry but they just don't compare i love my State so much history, culture and food that's what we're known for across the globe.

  11. I cracked my new lodge griddle had it on the stove on low med ??? I thought it could handle heat I was going to use it on my Coleman. Any help or tips

    My husband and I have been to the Hatch Chile pepper festival in New Mexico and it's the best.
    The Hatch Peppers are the best too.

  15. When we make these we always take the seeds out, as they to dang spicy, 😵, we use the palisade chilli's, as they are delicious 😋😋, thanks for sharing this.🤠😉👍🇺🇸

  18. I lived in Durango CO for a few years. They used to roast the green chilies down in front of the grocery store and that wonderful smell wafted through the whole town. Smelled to good!

  20. Kent, chile is the noun and relleno is the adjective. So, properly you should say "chiles relleno".
