Spicy Fall Chili Recipe ~ SpiceRally



Taking you beyond a regular recipe, our version of this spicy fall chili will be something that will lead to an obsession! Your whole family will love the treat and it becomes the perfect supper when accompanied by a plate of fresh cornbread!

Recipe Ingredients ~
– 2 cloves Garlic (minced)
– 1 Jalapeno
– 3 tbsp Chili powder
– 2 tsp Cumin (ground)
– 1 tsp Coriander (ground)
– 1 tsp Oregano (dried)
– 1 tsp Black pepper (ground)
– 1 tsp Smoked paprika
– 1 tsp Cayenne pepper powder
– 2 Bay leaves
– 12 oz Ground Beef
– 2 cups Beef broth
– 1 can Red kidney beans
– 1 can Black beans (rinsed and drained)
– 2 cans Diced Tomatoes (undrained)
– 1 can Tomato sauce
– 1 Large Onion (chopped)
– 1 Green bell pepper (diced)
– 1 tbsp Olive oil
– 1 tsp Sugar
– 1 tsp Kosher salt (to taste)

For Serving ~
– Sour cream
– Fried onion
– Sharp cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese (grated)
– Cornbread
