Looks and sounds fantastic đ Have never tried making a pepper-jam, but tried out some fantastic sweet hotsauce last year made from scotch bonnets and Wild Strawberries, and that was one of the best combinations i have ever experienced.

Chile and jam is such an awesome combination! I put Carolina Reapers in my jam and they boosted the fruity smell and flavor so much!
